Warranty / RMA

CellShock memory modules have a 5-year warranty. All CellShock modules are tested painstakingly and completely, meaning they are satisfy all specifications and defect-free when shipped. If they should have a defect, we repair or replace our modules within the guarantee assuming the following is has been fulfilled:


1.
The product has the correct original CellShock label and CellShock heat spreader when returned.

2.
The product was not subjected to any mechanical force and is free of mechanical damage. Furthermore, the customer has not attempted to repair, modify or replace components.

3.
Support was contacted in advance with an description of the error. You will get a RMA-number and RMA-sheet by reply. Please fill out the RMA sheet competely and attach it together with a copy of your purchase invoice to the shipment.

4.
Please write the RMA number plainly on the outside of the package when sending it in. If at all possible, the module should be shipped in the original package or sufficiently protected against transport damage. An assigned RMA number is valid for 14 days.

If the above cannot complied with when sending the product in or if it is free of defects, we reserve ourselves the right to charge processing expenditures.

When we receive your product, we will retest it exhaustively for all specified parameters. If there are any incompatibilities or defects, we will repair the product or replace it with an equivalent one. If the technology of the product sent in is no longer available and the product cannot be repaired, we will consult with the customer to replace it with an equivalent product with available technology.
